摘要
通过渗漏模型试验对皮革废渣(蓝皮屑)在堆放过程中的环境效应进行了研究.研究表明,随着时间的增加,皮 革废渣渗漏液中铬的渗出含量迅速增加,达峰值后逐渐减少,废渣渗漏液中铬的渗出浓度最大值达0.356mg/L.在12.5 小时内,单位质量废渣铬的渗出量为64mg/kg.同时测得随时间的增加,渗漏液由弱碱性逐渐变为弱酸性.pH值可低至 5.58.由此可推测出在堆放过程中,皮革废渣可能对环境造成一定程度的铬污染,对土壤或水体的酸碱度也有一定影响.
Environmental influence of tannery waste in the process of accumulation is studied through the leakage model experiment in this paper. It shows that the concentration of chrome in the leakage solution increases rapidly, and then decreases gradually, and that the maximum concentration reaches 0.356mg/L. The leakage mass of chrome is 64mg/Kg in 12.5 hours. Leakage solution is from alkaline to acidity, and the pH is 5.58. So it is supposed that the environment, the soil and the water will be polluted by chrome, acid and alkali from tannery waste.
