摘要
结合电子测量技术和计算机控制技术,设计了一种高速逆流色谱的信号采集和控制系统.在实现流出组分吸 光度信号的采集、处理、谱图显示的同时,提供按等体积方式对组分进行收集的功能.介绍了该系统工作的基本原理、 系统的硬件组成和软件设计.
Based on the technology of electronics measurement and computer intelligent control, an analog signal adoption and automated control system in high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) is presented in the article. The system can not only gather, process and display the chromatography signal precisely and intelligently, but also provide the collection function as equal volume model. This article introduces the hardware construction, software design of the system and the working principle of the system.
