乐陵枣挥发油化学成份的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:5

摘要 应用毛细气相色谱/质谱/计算机数据处理系统,分析了由山东乐陵枣提取的挥发油化学成份,GC分离得四十多个峰,鉴定出三十五个化合物,测定了每个化合物的质量分数,并与国内其他两个产地枣的相应成份进行了比较,结果表明,山东乐陵枣的挥发油中的低级酯质量分数分别是甘肃临泽枣和河南灵宝枣相应成份的9.5倍和15倍,而十六酸质量分数仅为后两者的1/20和1/90。 The chemical components of volatile compounds from Laoling jujube, in Shandong province are analyzed by capillary gas chromatography (GO and GC-MS/DS. From the spectume of the volatile oil more than 40 peaks are separated, of which 35 compounds are identified, and constitution 70. 85% of the total peak area. The major compounds are dodecanoic acid (21. 74%), acetic acid (11. 18%) and esters (7. 16%), and compared with the volatile compounds of jujubes from Lingbao, in Henan province and Linze, in Gansu province as well. Results show that the mass fraction of lower ester in the volatile compounds of Laoling jujube is 8. 5 times higher than of Linze jujube and 14 times higher than of Lingbao jujube. While the mass fraction of hexadecanoic acid is 1/20 and 1/92 of Linze jujube and Lingbao jujube, respectively.
