摘要
化疗作为全身性治疗手段 ,在恶性肿瘤治疗过程中具有重要地位。但是由于肿瘤患者对化疗的反应各异 ,即使肿瘤组织学类型相同 ,其对化疗药物的反应也可能不同。现今个体化治疗已成为肿瘤治疗研究的热点 ,而体外肿瘤药敏实验是实现个体化治疗的基础和依据。体外肿瘤药敏试验方法很多 ,其中四唑蓝 (即 3- (4,5 -双甲基 - 2 -噻唑 ) - (2 ,5 )——苯基溴化四氮唑蓝 ,MTT)法以其简便、经济、客观等优点为大多数研究者所接受。现对 MTT法的历史、原理及作用进行探讨 ,侧重其在确定抗肿瘤新药敏感性试验中的价值。
As the whole body treatment,chemotherapy possesses an important position in the treatment course of cancer.The different response is found among the individuals during the chemotherapy course,although the same tumour tissue type present.The chemotherapy for individuals has become a highlight in the research of tumor treatment.However,the experiment of anticancer drug sensitivity in vitro is the base and evidence for the realization of individual chemotherapy.There are many experiments for anticancer drug sensitivity at present.Among them,MTT method presents the features of simple,economic as well as accurate and is carried out by the most researchers.This article reviews the history,concept and application of MTT method.Especially,focus on the value of new drug sensitivity experiment by MTT.
