摘要
本文首次报道了一种新型旱稻昆植S-1两用核不育系的花粉败育过程。当不育系处于不育临界光温条件以下时,花粉母细胞减数分裂的末期Ⅰ和末期Ⅱ,不能形成细胞板,从而不能形成正常的二、四分体,而形成4、6、8、16或更多的多核细胞。这些多核细胞形成花粉壁后发生核解体,内含物渗出,花粉粘连,败育。基于以上的特点,称之为“核增生型”花粉败育途径。
The course of the pollen abortion in a dual usage nuclear sterile strain the newtype upland rice Kunzhi S-1 is reported in this paper for the first time.Under the light-temperature condition below the sterility critical level,the meiosis of pollen mother cells of this sterile line did not form cell plates,consequently could not form normal dyads and tetrads,but formed 4,6,8,16 or even more polynucleate cells.The nuclei in these polynucleate cells soon disorganized after the formation of pollen walls;Their inclusion exuded out;The pollen grains adhered together and ended in abortion.According to the characteristies described above the process is referred to as“hyperplastic”pollen abortion.
