武陵山区旅游资源深度开发机制研究

A Research on the Further Development Mechanism of Tourist Resources in Wuling Mountaineous Area

武陵山区在旅游资源开发中取得了一系列成就 ,但也存在体制僵化、低水平重复、生态环境恶化等严重问题。笔者认为 ,通过建立和实施政府引导、市场主导、合作协调、法规制约、环保优先、科技创新、教育先行、全民兴旅等机制 ,是深度开发武陵山区旅游资源 ,实现旅游业可持续发展的战略选择。

Wuling Mountaineous Area has made a series of achievements in developing tourist resources,but some severe problems still exist,such as rigidness of system,low-level repeating,deterioration of the ecological environment.Through mechanism of setting up and implementing the government guidance,leading by the market,cooperation and coordination,regulation restriction,priority to environmental protection,innovation of science and technology,precession of the education,the whole people promoting tourism,we can achieve our strategic choice of sustainable development of tourist industry.
