摘要
针对三角形金刚石烧结体取心钻头在中一中硬非均质地层钻进时切削齿易碎断的问题,采用以三角形金刚石烧结体和圆锥形金刚石烧结体表镶而成的混合切削结构取心钻头,可减少或避免上述弊端。在胜利、吉林、四川、新疆等油田的现场应用表明,该钻头有较大的适用范围。
Regarding the problem that cutters of triangular diamond core bit with sintered body are tend to break off while such bits are used in drilling mid-hard non-homogeneous formations, a compound structure inserted core bit which combine triangular diamond sintered body with conical diamond sintered body can reduce or avoid above disadvantages. Field applications of such new bits to the Shengli, Jilin, Sichuan, Xinjiang Oilfield show that the novel type of bit can be used widely.
