摘要
利用合成的 6 - 氨基 6 - 脱氧 β- CD在玻碳电极上制备聚合物膜 (PACD) ,用循环伏安法研究PACD对抗坏血酸(AA)的电化学行为 ,实验结果显示 ,在pH5 . 0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,氧化峰电流与抗坏血酸浓度在 1× 10 -5~ 1×10 -3 mol/L范围内成良好的线性关系 ,相关系数达 0 .994 8,检测限为 4 . 0× 10 -6mol/L。用于样品的测定 ,结果较令人满意。
A polymeric 6 A-amino-6 A-deoxy-β-CD (PACD)thin film-modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electropolymerization. Then,its electroche-mical behavior towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid(AA) was investigated. Experimental results showed that PACD modified electrode could reduce the oxidation overpotential of AA in pH5.0 phosphate buffer solution,the peak current of oxidation was proportional to the concen-tration of AA and a good linear relation from 1.0×10 -5 to 1.0×10 -3 mol/L ( r =0.9948)with a detection limit of 4.0×10 -6mol/L was obtained. The methods have been applied to determining AA in some samples, satisfactory results were obtained.
