摘要
针对测量精度易受光源波动、光电探测器、光纤等影响的问题 ,提出了光源的稳幅、参与通道的设置、调制解调、零位自校准技术等措施 ,进行了实验测试并绘制了数据曲线 ,提高了系统稳定性和精度。
The paper analyzes operating principle of reflective intensity modulated optical fiber pressure sensor. Aimed at the problem of the measurement accuracy apt to be influenced by illuminant fluctuating,photo detector and optical fiber, some measures of fixed amplitude of light source, setting reference channel, modulation and demodulation, self-calibration of zero bit technique are presented. In addition, a series of experiments is made and the system output figure is given. So the stability and accuracy are achieved.
