摘要
市场经济在一定程度上就是信用经济,任何一个经济主体都必须依靠信用与其他经济主体发生联系。企业作为经济活动主体,其信用状况不仅决定着企业自身的命运,而且影响着银行等利益相关主体的经济活动。目前我国企业,特别是中小企业,信用状况不容乐观;中小企业的信用问题已经影响到整个经济运行的效率和市场秩序。因此,加强对中小企业的信用管理和信用制度的建立就显得十分迫切。
Market economy is credit economy to certain extent. Any principal part of economy must take credit as a medium to contact with others. The credit status of the principal part, enterprise, affects its development as well as the economic activities relating to banks these parties. At present, enterprises especially small and medium-sized ones remain low credit and the problem has influenced the efficiency of micro-economical operation and market order. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthening credit management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
