摘要
本文参考其他学科的评估理论,从主观因素和客观因素两个方面,分析了图书馆服务质量评估要素、评估中可能存在的一些偏差及偏差产生的原因。
Based on the consultation of the evaluation the ory of other subjects,this paper makes a list of factors in evaluation and discusses the obiective and subjecttve factors that may influence the library's evaluation.The paper also points out the causes of the devixtion and supplies some new evaluating ways to rectigy the deviation.
