摘要
对146例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行中医辨证,观查其本虚、标实证的相互比例关系以及湿热、湿浊、血瘀、湿瘀四大实证的常见临床生化指标的变化情况,并结合中医理论对其病机进行分析。
One hundred and forty-six patients with chronic renal failure were differentially diagnosed in Chinese medical ways and investigated for clinical biomedical indexes in some excess syndromes of dampness heat, dampness turbidity, blood stasis and dampness stasis, and their pathogeneses were discussed from the perspective of Chinese medicine theory.
