中西医结合治疗颅内非特异性炎性肉芽肿60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in Intracranial Nonspecific Inflammatory Granulomatosis in 60 Cases

观察中西医结合治疗颅内非特异性炎性肉芽肿的疗效。对照组30例以青霉素和苯妥英纳等治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组治疗基础上加用中药炎肿消片,疗程均为50天。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为60% (P<0.01)。提示中西医结合治疗方法的疗效更好。

To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intracranial nonspecific inflammatory granulomatosis, 30 subjects in control group were treated with Penicillin and Phenytoin sodium and another 60 subjects in treatment group were treated with 'Yanzhongxiao Tablet' besides Penicillin and Phenytoin sodium, with a course of 50 days. Result: The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 60% in control group, P<0.01. It is indicated that combined Chinese and western medicine has better effects.
