肠安宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机理研究

Study on Mechanism of "Chang An Ning" in Treating Ulcerative Colitis

为探讨肠安宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理,将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)组6组,并分别给以蒸馏水、肠安宁、SASP灌胃。观察大鼠结肠损伤指数、IgG、IgA含量、NO水平、SOD活性和结肠组织病理学改变。结果:肠安宁显著提高SOD活性(P<0. 05),降低NO、IgG、IgA含量(P<0 .05),减轻结肠组织损伤(P<0 .01),改善结肠组织病变。提示肠安宁是通过调整免疫功能,消除炎性介质,改善组织血流,调节内环境平衡来达到治疗目的。

To study the mechanism of 'Chang An Ning' in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, 60 SD rats were randomized into six groups: normal group, model group, high-dose group, middle-dose group, low-dose group and SASP group, and given corresponding treatment. The colic injury index, IgG and IgA contents, NO level, SOD activity and colic pathological changes were detected. Results: 'Chang An Ning' could obviously increase SOD activity (P<0.05), reduce NO, IgG and IgA (P<0.05), relieve colic injury(P<0.01), improve colic structure. It is showed that 'Chang An Ning' acts to regulate immunity, remove inflammatory agents, improve blood supply and internal environment to treat ulcerative colitis.
