The research on the awareness rate of the physical examination result to inpatients

目的:调查分析住院患者对自己健康指标的知晓情况。方法:对北京某大医院1 071例诊疗基本结束的住院患者进行问卷调查,调查表信息通过EPiData(.rec)录入,使用SAS6. 12软件进行统计描述和检验。结果:发现住院患者对身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压的知晓率分别为97. 01%、96. 64%、62. 37%、10. 92%、67. 79%,38. 35%的患者体重指数(BMI)超标,大部分专科患者血压知晓率普遍偏低。结论:建议将腰围、臀围测量作为体格检查常规,通过提高患者对健康指标及其意义的知晓率,从而科学地引导患者自我调节与控制。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the awareness rate of inpatients’physical examination result. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted in 1 071 inpatients in a major hospital in Beijing. The data were typed in Epi (.rec) and analyzed with SAS 6.12. Results:The awareness rate of inpatients’height,weight,waist,hip, blood pressure was 97.01%、 96.64%、62.37%、10.92%、67.79%, respectively. BMI of 38.35% of the inpatients was higher than the standard. The awareness rate of blood pressure was very low in most of the special department. Conclusions:It was pointed out that the measurement of inpatients' waist and hip should be taken as routine. The awareness rate of inpatients' health indicators and the meaning should be enhanced to guide the inpatients to control the indicators by themselves correctly.
