摘要 目的:探讨颌面骨整形重建外科专业数据库建立的方法。方法:采用MicrosoftVisualFoxPro(VFP)6. 0软件编写数据库程序,数据库系统依据专科特点由各大类骨畸形模块组成,包括一般信息模块,先天性颌面骨畸形模块,创伤后颌面骨畸形模块,肿瘤切除手术后颌面骨畸形模块。结果:数据库专科数据采集全面,数据库表内字段设计符合专科特点,表之间链接可靠,数据库查询方便,具有数据挖掘功能,兼容更高级数据库软件,可成为子数据库,可接入互联网。系统维护可行。结论:该方法建立的数据库符合颌面骨整形重建外科专业数据库的要求,可以进行临床医疗、科研教学实际应用。 Objective:To set up a professional database for the plastic and reconstructive surgery of maxillofacial bones. Methods:The programming software is Microsoft Visual FoxPro (VFP)6.0,the database system is constructed by some model blocks according to the specialty of this surgery: general informations; congenital; post-injured; post-tumor removal maxillofacial bones deformities. Results:The collection of data in the database contains the main points of the surgery of maxillofacial bones.The design of the fields in the table in database accord with the special characteristic, the chaining between every tables is credibility. The query operation is conveniently and the data dig can be completed. This database can also be a subdata base and the compatibility to other database software is perfect. It can be connected to Internets. The maintenance of the VFP ststem is safe.Conclusion:This Visual FoxPro database adapts to the plastic and reconstructive surgrey of maxillofacial bones, it can be used in the clinical works, research works and teaching progrom.
