摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)是医院内感染常见的致病菌,前鼻腔做为内源性SA储菌库是医院内SA感染的主要来源。前鼻腔SA携带可明显增加患者医院内感染的危险性,应用莫匹罗星等药物减少鼻腔SA携带可明显降低SA感染率。
