血清IL-8、TNF-α及宫颈UU/CT感染与先兆流产的关系

The relationship between serum IL-8, TNF-α and cervical UU/CT infection and threatened abortion

目的:探讨血清IL- 8、TNF -α及宫颈UU/CT与先兆流产感染之间的关系。方法:①选择80例病人,分为先兆流产组(47例)和正常早孕组(33例),均抽取静脉血送检血清IL- 8和TNF- α;②先兆流产组及正常早孕组采集宫颈分泌物,用聚合酶链反应法(PCR)检测沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)DNA;③对于宫颈分泌物UU/CT阳性的先兆流产病人给予抗生素(红霉素)治疗,比较治疗前后血清IL- 8、TNF -α的变化;④随访经红霉素治疗成功的病人至分娩。结果:①先兆流产病人与正常早孕妇女宫颈分泌物UU/CT感染率有显著性差异,分别为76 .60%和21. 21%(P<0 .01);②经抗生素治疗的先兆流产病人,治疗前后血清IL- 8、TNF -α水平有显著性差异(P<0. 01);③随访用红霉素治疗的先兆流产病人,足月分娩新生儿未发现异常。结论:①先兆流产与感染的关系密切;②IL- 8和TNF -α可以作为先兆流产的监测指标。

Objective:To explore the relationship between serum IL-8, TNF-αand cervical UU/CT infection and threatened abortion.Methods:①80 patients selected were divided into threatened abortion group (TA group, n =47) and normal early pregnancy group (NEP group, n =33), and drew-out venous blood to determine serum IL-8 and TNF-α.②Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), ureaplasma urealyticun (UU) DNA in cervical secretions collected in two groups were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). ③The patients with threatened abortion with positive UU/CT were given antibiotic (erythromycin). Then serum IL-8 and TNF-αbefore and after treatment were compared. ④The patients successfully cured by erythromycin were followed up till delivery.Results:①There was significant difference in UU/CT infection rate of cervical secretion between TA group (76.60%) and NEP group (21.21%) ( P <0.01). ②There was significant difference in serum IL-8, TNF-αlevel in TA group before and after treatment ( P <0.01).③Abnormality was not found in any newborn delivered by patients with threatened abortion successfully cured by erythromycin.Conclusion:①Threatened abortion is closely related to infection. ②IL-8 and TNF-αcould be used as monitor index of threatened abortion.
