摘要 抗干扰性、抗温漂等是多极旋转变压器数字测角系统的基本要求。本文提出了一种新的能够较好地抗干扰、抗温漂的数字测角原理并详细讨论了其实现方法。经过在几个产品上的应用,效果相当满意。采用该原理的多极旋转变压器数字测角系统具有线路简单,直流电源电压可在较大范围内波动,抗干扰能力强,在60℃下及仪器分辩力范围内无温度漂移误差。与国外同类产品相比,性能价格比高出几十倍,现已成功地应用于工业机器人、大型卫星通讯地球站、军舰雷达稳定平台上。该原理还可应用于感应同步器数字测角系统及利用相移工作的其它系统。 Antijamming and anti- temperature-drift are basic demand of digital angle-measuring system for multiple resolvers. A new low-temperature-drift and high-precision angle-measuring principle is dealt with and its implementing method is dis-cussed in this paper. It has been applied to several products, such as robot, radar etc, the effect is satisfied. The digital angle-measuring system using this new principle has the features that the circuit is simple, DC electric source can vary at some voltages. And this system has good antijamming and anti-temperature- drift performance as well as high precision.
