摘要
本文在二氧化锡薄膜中掺入适量D_Y,测量了它的丙酮气敏反射光谱,发现相对于纯二氧化锡薄膜,其气敏光谱范围大大扩宽。并测试由S_nO_2:D_Y膜造成的光纤传感装置性能,解释了它的机理。
The Dy is doped into the SnO2 film. The acetone gas sensing reflective spectra is measured and discovered that the gas sensing spectra width of SnO2 : Dy film in acetone vapor is move wide than width of SnO2 film. The gas optical fiber sensor of SnO2 : Dy is made and characteristic is measured. The mechanism is explained.
