文章主要讨论了广义和狭义资本运营的概念及实施狭义资本运营的条件,并简要探讨了企业资本运营的操作模式。
This paper discusses the concept of broad sense and narrow sense of the capital operation, and the implemented conditions of the narrow capital operation. Then it introduces operational model of business capital operation.
