空间光学仪器镜体的一种轻量化设计方案 被引量:1

摘要 本文对一圆形镜坯采用六角形去除孔的轻松量化结构设计方案,按减重和镜体在自重作用下对镜面变形量的精度要求把设计计算变形量控制在不超过精度要求的1/4,加工后获得满意的轻量化镜体。实测精度和减轻量均与计算结果相吻合。 Abstract This paper presents a lightweight design method of a circular mirror blankwith hexagonal lightening cavities,The deformation of mirror surface is controlled under onefourth of the required tolerance,while the weight reduction and the influence of deadweightto the deformation have both been taken into account.A satisfied lightweight mirror can beobtained successfully after manufacturing。By mesuring the precision accuracy and theweight reduction,these conclusions have been experimentally verified.
