激光Raman分光计中杂散光测试方法间定量关系的实验研究

Study of Laser Raman Spectrometer on The Method Testing Stray Light

本文以ＳＤＨＲ一１０００型全息凹面光栅双单色仪为例，从实验上分析了激光Ｒａｍａｎ分光计中杂散光测试的３种方法间的定量关系，并讨论了３种测试方法的特点与应用场合等问题，提出了几点看法与建议。

Abstract In this paper,taking SDHR一1000 holographic concave grating double一monochromators for example,we analyse and study experimentally the quantitative relationships among the three methods for testing stray light in a laser Raman spectrometer,andsuggest some viewpoints for the problems on the characteristics,applied occasions and so onof the three methods,Finally,this article gives the corresponding experimental results.
