摘要
本文论述了一种新型感光材料分辨率测定仪的原理。重点讨论了仪器参数的选择和光电控制系统的原理和组成,最后给出了实验结果。本仪器具有光学分辨率高、检测速度快、自动化程度高的优点,独创的激光干涉自动调焦系统,保证了对焦精度。
Abstract he principle of PI一Ainstrument for testing the power of photographicmaterial is described.The major discussion is involved in selection of the parameters well asthe principle and construction of the optical and electric control svstems of the instrument。Finally,the results of testing are given,The instrument has advantages over high optical resolving power,rapid deterrnination and high level automation. An innovatory focussing system based on laser wave interference ensures the accuracy of focussing.
