摘要
本文介绍了一种全新的反射式光强调制型双探头光纤位移传感器的结构形式及其工作原理。采用该结构形式和适当的信号处理方法,能有效地消除光源波动、被测物体反射率变化及外界干扰因素对测量结果的影响。经实际应用证明,在动态范围3mm时,可分辨的最小位移变化量为0.01mm。
Abstract This paper present the structure and principle of a noval type reflective in-tensity一modulating double probes fiber一optic displacement sensor, After the adoption ofthe structure of sensor and proper signal processing method, the effects of both light sourceand reflectivity of reflecting body fluctuntion, and enviroment noises have been eliminated. Experiment show that a resolution of 0. 01mm has been acheived when dynamic range is of 3mm.
