本文论述了激光三角法测量位移时，其象点位置随被测物面位移的变化规律；推导出激光散射用与成象角之间的关系；讨论了激光三角测量传感器结构参数的设计方法。

Abstract In this paper,based on the principle of lens imaging , the rule of variationof the image position with the measured object surface as using the laser triangulationmethod for the displacement measurement is described, the relation of the incident angle oflaser with the image angle is dervied and the design method of the construction parameters ofthe laser triangulation measuring sensor is discussed.
