随着住宅产业化的发展,我国原有的住宅企业组织形式已经难以满足其发展要求.集成型敏捷住宅企业作为一种新型的住宅企业组织形式,将集成、敏捷的思想引入住宅产业,通过与相关企业协作配合,以敏捷生产的形式为用户提供个性化、多样化的住宅产品.介绍了集成型敏捷住宅企业的概念、特点,分析了其与住宅产业集团、虚拟住宅企业间的关系,并阐述了集成型敏捷住宅企业的形成途径.

With the development of industrialization, the organization style of Housing Corporation in China can not fit for its development requirements. As a new type organization style of Housing Corporation, Integrated Agility Housing Corporation (IAHC) introduces the thought of integration and agility into housing industrial. Through the cooperation with relative corporations, housing products with individuation and diversification are provided. The concept and character of Integrated Agility Housing Corporation are introduced. The relationships between IAHC, Housing Industrial Group and Virtual Housing Enterprise are analyzed. Meanwhile the form method of IAHC is expatiated.
