应用软件的开发是推广、普及计算机技术的关键。本文提供一个PC-1500袖珍计算机的沉积体垂向层序编绘程序。旨在抛砖引玉。程序内储备有49种基本岩性和45种沉积标志的花纹,适用于陆相和海陆交互相沉积物的研究。该程序操作简单,使用方便,适合于室内和各种野外条件。

The development of applied softwares is the key to the popularization of com-puter technology. The present paper just tends to make a start of the popularization. Thus, a mapping program is introduced for the vertical sequence of de-positional bodies by PC-1500 pocket computer. There are 49 kinds of basic litho-logy and the patterns of 45 kinds of depositional marks instored in the program, which will be available for the study of continental and paralic sediments. The program is simple to operate and convenient to use so that it is suitable for indoor and field work conditions.
