摘要 本文研究单板机控制纺织提花织物图样颜色识别。提出了二维伺服读图原理,即用三个单头反射式光电头,通过适当的接口电路,在单板机控制下,实现蓝、灰、棕、白四色图样色阶电平的数据转换。作者深入地讨论了两种颜色交界处可能出现第三色的边界处理,分析了四种颜色六种边界组合中,其中棕一蓝和白一灰边界组合出现的第三色必须予以纠正。文中介绍了蓝一棕交界应用的硬件电路纠错措施,以及白一灰交界采取的纬向、经向纠错技术。同时还讨论了根据四色图象理论,如何将简单的四色图样识别技术,应用于多于四种颜色的图样识别。 Abstract Automatic color pattern identification is key technique on jacquard textilepattern. This paper studies single一board computer controlled color identification of jacquardtextile pattern,and presents a principle of 2D servo pattern interpretation. Wherein threesingle reflection photo一tube have been adopted.With suitable interface circuit and undercontrol of a singleboard computer,date conversion of blue,gray,brown, white four colorspattern color level voltages has been implemented.A thOrough research has been made on6oundarv treatment that the third color may occur on two colors boundaries,In all the sixpossible coundaries of the four colors,the white一brown, brown一gray,brown一blue,white──blue boundaries have no influence on color identincation,the third colors that occur on thebrown一blue boundaries and white一gray boundaries are found to be necessarily corrected. Inthis paper,a hardware circuit correction method is introduced for brown一blue boundary ,aswell as the weft,warp correction technique for white一gray boundary by means of soft waretreatment. Because the differences of the color voItage level is very great and the suitable cir-cuit treatments are adopted,on the other mixed color pixel occur generally, From the point ofview of above mention , the mixed other color pixels are left out of account. In the end , thispaper discusses how to apply the simple four colors pattern identification techniques to thesituations of more than four colors patterns according to the four color pattern identificationtechnique. The experiments showed that the technique is a new effective approach to solutefour color pattern identification. The authors have extended the four colors identificationtechnique to some other related fields.
