摘要
本文介绍了一种利用单片机对光纤无源器件拉制过程进行实时控制的系统,给出了该系统的硬件框图和程序流程。该系统结构简单、体积小、工作稳定、使用方便,停车时间的控制精度为毫秒数量级,锁相放大器两路信号之比的控制精度约为3%,取得了满意的结果。
Abstract It is introduced that the real一time control system of drawing process ofoptic fiber passive device by use of single一chip computer in this paper. Both hardware frameand software are described, This system is simple,compact,stable and convenient to use. The control accuracies of stopping time and the ratio of two一channel singals from phase一locked amplifier are on the order of millisecond and about 3%, respectively. The satisfactoryresuIts are achieved.
