摘要
主要从土地资源的属性、城市发展边界、基于聚集经济的中国城市化道路、城市资本密度的提升和城市理性增长五个方面来审视和探讨如何经营城市土地,认为经营城市土地需要理性。
This paper examines how to manage urban land in five respects such as property of land resources; boundary ofurban growth, China’surban- ization based on gathering economic, promotion of urban capital density and urban smart growth. And the author believes that reason is needed in the man- agementofurban land.
