摘要
人格是教师素质的首要构成因素 ,因而应成为教师继续教育的首要内容。过去的教师培训虽注意了师德修养 ,但尚未提升到人格的高度。新世纪的继续教育应把人格化列为课程的首选目标 ,唯其如此 ,才能使继续教育教材发挥媒介功能、援助功能和指导功能 。
Personality makes up the most important factor in education for all-round development, and consequently it should be regarded as a top priority for teachers' in-service education. Only by this means can we make the most of teaching material for its functions of media, aid and instruction, so as to characterize the content of in-service education.
