摘要
日本是亚洲法制近代化比较早的国家 ,他们成功移植西方法制的原因是由日本幕藩体制下所特有的经济、政治。
Japan's modernization of its legal system is much earlier than other countries in Asia. The reason for their successful adaptation of the western legal system can be found in its specific economy, politics, and culture under the Japanese Shogunate system.
