摘要
本文用转鼓照相法在2~30MPa之间研究了硝棉铅对双基推进剂的平台燃烧催化作用.实验指出:硝棉铅能使双基推进剂在10MPa附近出现平台燃烧效应,燃速压力指数可降到0.0801,当用含铅量相同的硝棉铅作催化剂时,推进剂中的硝棉铅含量增加,平台区燃速增加,压力指数下降;反之,燃速下降,压力指数升高.保持推进剂中的含铅量不变,改用不同含铅量的硝棉铅作催化剂时,发现含铅量为10%左右的硝棉铅对双基推进剂的平台燃烧催化效果最好.
In this paper the combustion catalysis of nitrocelluloes-lead (NCPb) on the double base propellants (DBP) in pressure range from 2MPa to 30MPa was studied by using 'drum-turning photograph' method to measure the burning rate of DBP which contain various quantity of NCPb. It is shown that NCPb makes DBP produce the superrate effect at lower pressure and the plateau combustion effect near 10MPa, and the pressure exponent of burning rate reduces down to 0.0801 in plateau zone. It is also found that the higher combustion speed and the lower pressure exponent in plateau zone are obtained with the increasing content of NCPb used as catalyst in DBP;and that under a constant lead content in DBPs, the NCPb containing about 10 percent of lead has the best plateau combustion catalysis.
