摘要
本文从企业职代会五项职权长期难以得到全面落实这一实际出发 ,运用马克思主义政治经济学关于生产过程四个环节的基本原理 ,理性地分析了职代会五项职权的内在逻辑联系和从企业管理体制上进行根本改革的方案。
The article analyses the five rights of the Workers' Congress and its internal logical link, and put forward a reform programme of enterprise management system through making good use of the four links in the production process of Marxist's political economy.
