摘要
实行企业民主管理以来 ,总的形势是好的 ,但还存在着认识上的以及与党政关系没有完全理顺等方面的问题 ,需要通过加强和完善法律保障来解决。
Since China has put into practice the system of workers'democratic management in enterprises in the late of 1970s,general situation is good.But there are some problems that have not been settled,for example,the problem of ideal knowledge and relationship between the Party and administration and so on.These problems need be settled by strengthening and perfecting legal protection.
