摘要
面对职工队伍的结构变化和新的劳资关系 ,工会需要紧紧依靠党的领导 ,积极参与立法 ,改变职工的弱势地位 ,在参与调处劳资关系中 ,真正取得与企业方平等的地位 ,更好地发挥代表和维护职工利益的作用。
The Chinese trade unions need depend on the Party's leadership and actively participate in making laws in order to change workers'weak status along with structure change of the Chinese workers and new industrial relations.The unions also need lbtain same status as the managers(enterprises)in order to represent the working class and protect workers'rights and interests.
