摘要
国有企业的企业文化在计划经济时代和市场经济条件下有着不同的内容。市场经济条件下 ,国有企业的企业文化具有追求利润最大化、危机意识、树立良好的为顾客服务观念和品牌形象 ,以及“人本”观念等特点 ,它决定着企业的兴衰。
There are different contents for enterprise culture in SOEs from a planned economy to a market economy.The enterprise culture in SOEs in a market economy has some characteristics,for example ,seeking profit'maximun,crisis ideology,setting up good sense in attending to or waiting on guests and good brand image,and humanism,etc.All of these will decide vicissitude of enterprises.
