摘要
应用正交试验的方法对腔长250mmHe-Ne激光管TEM(00)模参数进行试验,得到了TEM(00)模参数的最佳匹配值,并将其应用于成批生产,经过近十年,单模率一直稳定在90%以上。
This paper reports the quickest, most efficient and lowest cost experimental design for determining optimal manufacturing parameters of TEM(00) model He-Ne laser with a 250 mm long cavity. Experimentally determined optimally matching design parameters were applied in mass production for about 10 years. Using these parameters in production resulted in a consistent TEM(00) model rate of over 90%.
