In order to study the affect of He-Ne laser acupuncture irradiating in tissue of point used for analgesia in thyroid operation on the immune function in the stress condition. Breathing monitoring and blood circulation monitoring were made, and the immunoglobulin. complement and hydrocortisone were determined during operation. The result suggested that the acting mechanism of He-Ne laser acupuncture on deep part receptor through heat effect, photochemical effect and biological stimulation is similar with electropuncture.
