摘要
通过对中学50节体育课负荷强度与练习密度测定,认为体育课中最佳平均心率应在120—140次/min之间为适度,效果最好。因此,在体育课教学时必须科学地组织教法,合理安排运动负荷,才能有效地增强学生的体质,提高课的质量,活跃学生的身心。
Through the testing of the loading effort and exercising density during 50P. E. Classes, the best average heart rate should be between 120 and 140 times per minute,which can make the best result. Therefore the teacher must organize P. E. Classes scientifically, arrange exercising load rationally so that we can build up students'health, develop the quality of P. E. Classes and make the students' body and mind active and sound.
