摘要
本文着重论述了涤纶超细纤维的染色特性。由于超细纤维表面积大、直径较小,无定形区稍高,因此对染料的吸附能力和染色速率不同于常规的纤维。为改进匀染性可加入匀染剂,在不同的匀染剂中以匀染剂A最有效。此外,本文还对合理的染色程序作了有益的探索。
The dyeing behaviours are discussed about polyester microfibre. Due to the increased surface area, reduced diameter and high amorphous area proportion of microfibre,its absorption to dyestuffs and dyeing rate are different from those of normal fibre. In improving the dyeing evenness, the leveler A exhibits the best results.
