摘要
文章从生物工程、计算机技术、新型材料等方面介绍了高新技术在纺织染整工业中的应用。文中较详细地叙述了用纤维素酶处理苎麻织物解决刺痒感问题,用酶固定技术,将生物酶固定在一种载体上,这种酶就可反复使用,以改善其刺痒感。此外,作者还就甲壳素和壳多糖衍生物的开发应用,以改善苎麻织物的染色性和折皱回复性;三原色印花、陶瓷等新材料的应用作了介绍。
Applilations are reported of high &. innovative technology in textile dyeing and finishing industry with respects of bioengineering, computer and new material. An approach to release prick-feeling using cellulosic enzyme to treat ramie fabric is described; By enzyme setting technology, cellulase which is fixed on carriers can be used repeatly to solve the problem of ramie pricking . The development and application of chitin and chitin polysaccharide betters the dyeing performance and crease recovery of ramie.
