简述涤纶织物高温高压染色,产生“鸡爪印”疵病的成因。解决该疵病的关键措施是,在染色前增加一次预定形;严格控制染色时布的运行速度、升降温速率、排液温度;尽量减少织物在染缸内的折迭状态。
Keys to overcome folding fault during high-temperature dyeing of ployester fabric are:l. adding one pre-heat-setting treatment before dyeing;2. precisely controlling fabric's travelling speed during dyeing;3. optimizing rate of temperature rise/drop and temperature of dye liquor drain; 4. preventing fabric from folding form in dye beck.
