The Relationship between Dimensional Stability and Mercerization of Cotton Fabric

文章分析了纯棉织物缩水原理,研究了碱及张力对纯棉织物丝光的作用,剖析了“表面丝光”的形成,详述了透芯丝光的实现,提出了相关的丝光工艺和操作。认为除了工艺上执行“浓、足、净”以外,在操作上施行“松、紧、松”和“紧、紧、松”的要诀也是必不可少的。文章最后还提出了丝光机的改进。

The mechanism of cotton cloth shrinkage is analysed together with influences of alkali and tension on mercer-ization. In order to realize both 'core-penetration' other than 'surface mercerization',points such as alkali concentration manipulation and tension control should be taken into account. Mercerization modifications are also presented.
