摘要
VMD片是作者在研究偏二氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物光解的基础上发展起来的的一种新的非银盐成像体系,它利用偏丙树脂光解过程中释放的氯化氢对铝膜的刻蚀作用,形成图像。本文报导了不同含氯量偏丙树脂和显影过程条件对VMD片灵敏度影响的研究,为建立最佳配方和最佳使用条件提供了可靠的依据。
VMD (Vinylidene Chloride-Methyl Acrylate Resin Photo-Decomposition) film is a new imaging system developed by the authors on the basis of a study on the photolysis of vinyli-dene chloride-methyl acrylate copolymer. This system utilizes the etching action on aluminium film, performed by the hydrogen chloride released during the photolysis of VdCl2-Ma resin, thus forming a picture. This paper reports a study on the effect of VdCl2-Ma resin with different chlorine contents and conditions of development on the sensitivity of VMD film, aimed at offering reliable basis for establishing optimum recipe of the film and appropriate conditions for its use.
