现代社会经济的发展与现代政府的有效性是内在关联的。本文讨论了政府有效性的理论涵义并分析了提高我国政府有效性的 8个途径。
The development of modern society and economy is internally connected with the efficacy of modern government. This paper discusses the meaning of the theory of government efficacy and makes an analysis of the eight approaches to promote the efficacy of our government.
