略论处理突发事件的方法和艺术

On Method and Art in Handling Emergent Events

在现阶段 ,正确处理突发事件是领导工作面临的一项重要课题。本文联系领导工作的实际 ,从马克思主义哲学的高度 ,对突发事件产生的原因、突发事件的特点以及处理突发事件一般方法和艺术等问题进行了分析 ,试图大体勾画一个处理突发事件的方法论框架。

At present, one of the leader's important task is to cope with the emergent events properly. This paper, from the viewpoint of Marxist philosophy and in combination with the practical work of the leaders, makes a concrete analysis of the causes and characteristics of emergent events, of the basic principles, the methods and arts in handling emergent events, with a view to making a general framework of methodology for coping with the emergent events.
