To construct the leading group,it is highly necessa ry to strengthen the political theory study,improve the quality of the group,imp lement democratic centralism,increase the cohesion of the group,heighten the sty le of work,and bring the model effect into full play.So that new working aspect can be inaugurated and various undertakings can be developed.
