摘要
2-芳酰氨基-5-苄基-1,3,4-噻二唑1上5-位苄基在EtONa/EtOH中生成负离子,再与对甲氧基苯甲醛亲核加成合成了一系列新的2-芳酰氨基-5-[1-苯基-2-羟基-2-(对甲氧基苯)乙基]-1.3,4-噻二唑2.化合物2的结构经元素分析,IR, ̄HNMR和MS分析确证。初步观察了2抗菌活性。
Thirteen title compounds(2) were obtained by nucleophilic addition of benzyl car-banion of 2-aroylamino-5-benzyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles(1) with anisaldehyde in EtONa/EtOHsolution. The structures of the compounds 2 were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, ̄1HNMR,and MS. The compounds were found to have some fungicidal activity.
